修不好換新的 台版檸檬車條款7/1上路 買新車更有保障

台版「檸檬車」法案歷經快三年的討論後,經濟部終於在昨(28)日公布「汽車買賣定型化契約應記載及不得記載事項」第7點修正,新車交車後在一定期限(不得少於180日)或是一定里程數(至少得1.2萬公里)以內,若出現危害生命或身體健康安全之虞的重大瑕疵,在兩次回原廠維修而未修復者,消費者得請求同款或等值新車,或是解除契約。之後民眾購買新車時權益多了一層保障。該條款將於今(2021)年7月1號正式上路,只針對車廠,汽車貿易商(外匯車)與二手車商不在此條款規範內。

這次公布的第7點修正內容為,新車交車後的一定時間中(至少得180日或里程數1.2萬公里),如發生像是行駛時起火燃燒、出現暴衝、煞車失靈、熄火故障、引擎溫度升高至極限,或其他危害生命及身體健康安全之虞,經送業者維修2次未修復,車主可以要求車商更換新車或解約。

此外,這次也新增了第8點「屢修不復」換車條文,上述時間與里程數內,因相同瑕疵維修4次以上,仍無法回復正常機能;或是180天期限內,因機能瑕疵,導致無法正常使用車輛,累積無法使用日數30日以上,都能換車,但若車廠有提供車主代步車與補貼相當代步費,或是車主未依車廠通知時間內取車,則不算在累積的30天期限內。

簡言之,台灣版本檸檬車條款為,在交車後的約定時間內出現重大瑕疵,回原廠修理兩次還無法修復,車主可以要求車商解約或換同款新車,也能換等價值新車。若非重大瑕疵,在上述約定時間內,回原廠維修四次仍無法修復;或是180天期限內,因車輛瑕疵導致無法正常使用車輛累積時間達30天以上(車廠有給代步車或代步補償費,或車主沒在約定時間取車不算在此內),都能跟車廠要求換車或解約。

車主們的其他保障還包含了若汽車需召回修正,業者應安排檢修時間地點,並負免費檢修義務;契約不得排除或限制交車時未能發現的瑕疵擔保,同時也不得記載消費者提前清償要支付其他費用、限制消費者自由投保保險權利。

消費者期盼已久的檸檬車法案終於要在今年7月1號上路了,不過在上路前仍有許多問題有待釐清,像是無法修復的標準是什麼,要由誰帶判定?車廠與車主間對於修理好的認知常常有些不同,是否要由第三方來仲裁,要找誰來當公正客觀的第三方,這些都還有很大的討論空間。

外媒《Carcoops》捕獲新一代 Aygo 測試車身影,Aygo 主打經濟入門定位,讓它成為歐洲暢銷小車代表,正為大改款準備的它,將換上全新外觀與內裝,其重點將搭載更節能的油電動力,專攻經濟型買主。

此為現行款 Aygo,甚至比台灣 Yaris 還要動感。

現行款 Aygo 擁有 3,455x1,615x1,460mm 長寬高、軸距 2,340mm,目前是歐洲市場專用的代步小車。於 2018 年推出的小改款它,準備即將進入大改款,從外觀來看,貌似換上與新 Yaris 家族設計語彙,整個前保桿、頭燈造型變得與過去大有不同。

下一代 Aygo 不意外將出現油電動力。

Aygo 雖主打經濟取向,但顏值可不陽春,甚至比起台灣地區的 Yaris 還要動感,尾部雖然包裹得密不透風,但從細節來窺伺的話,燈組造型全然不同,從過去直列式,改由橫置式。

Aygo 省油節能本就相當出色,下一代搭上電氣化技術,值得期待。

現行 Aygo 目前僅配有 1.0 升 3 缸 NA 引擎,與 5 速手排或 CVT 變速箱做搭配,繳出 72hp 最大馬力,依車型等級不同,平均油耗最高可達到 26.32km/L 之譜,節能力相當驚人。

事實上,為了朝向電氣化布局,早前豐田歐洲負責人 Matt Harrison 曾提到,下一代 Aygo 會朝向電氣化發展,相信省油功力會有驚人進步。

Lotus Cars has appointed ex-engineering director Matt Windle as its new managing director, succeeding Phil Popham who will step down from his position as CEO.

Windle, 49, who has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive field, started working at Lotus as CAD designer in 1998, before moving on to other companies, such as Caterham, Volvo, and Tesla. He rejoined Lotus in 2017, and as part of his new role, he will lead the British automaker into its next chapter.

“It is an honor to be appointed managing director of Lotus”, Windle said. “Of the many manufacturers I have worked with over the years, Lotus has been the one closest to my heart. I have a history with the company dating back more than 20 years, and I really know my way around the business. This period since 2018 has been the most exciting of my career and the scale of the global opportunity ahead of us is both inspiring and all-consuming.”

Welcoming Windle as the new Lotus chief, Popham, who will remain with the firm until the end of March 2021 to aid with the transition, said: “Matt is an excelling fit for the senior leadership role at Lotus. He has been an excellent colleague to me since I joined the company, and is a popular and very effective member of the Lotus Executive team. He’s a long-standing ‘Lotus Man’ and I’m proud to welcome him as my successor. We will continue to work closely together in the coming weeks as I hand over the reins and pass the baton on to the next phase of the Lotus story.”

Under the new leadership, Lotus will continue its plan of completing the Evija. Windle will supervise the development of the electric hypercar, which uses four electric motors that generate over 2,000 HP. The exotic machine needs under 3 seconds to sprint to 62 mph (100 km/h), has a 200+ mph (320+ km/h) top speed and an estimated range of 250 miles (400 km).

Windle will also see the completion of the new sports car, known internally as the Type 131. Both models will be put together at the new factories in Lotus’ Hethel, UK headquarters.
